Quick Apply Full-time 1 hour ago Full Job Description The primary function of this role is to be an assistant to a high energy, top producing boutique real estate team with RE/MAX Advantage Plus in the day-to-day operations which will include some marketing duties, maintaining client database and other real estate activities.
Applicant must have experience with Outlook, Excel and Word.
Prior real estate experience is not necessary but highly desirable.
The right person will be easy going, detail oriented, have basic computer skills, be comfortable with social media, self-disciplined and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to work from the office in Victoria but we will offer a flexible schedule.

Specific Duties:
Update transaction checklist spreadsheet as needed Adding all reviews to website Create and schedule social media posts (reviews, about the agent, etc) Reverse prospect for current listings Maintain client databases Organize Birthday and Anniversary cards to be signed by agent Assist in transaction coordination as necessary Assist in property listing data input and property description Job Type:
